Product Description

☆Using a CNC double swing head with five-axis linkage function, it can complete the processing of 5-hedral milling, boring, drilling, tapping and sawing.

☆ It adopts imported high-precision double pendulum head, and is equipped with a high-power, high-speed electric spindle. The inner cone hole of the spindle head is HSK63F interface, which has a high metal cutting volume per unit time.

☆ The worktable is made of high-strength castings, and the bed, beams, slides, rams and other key structures are all made of steel welded parts. Finite element analysis and calculation are used to ensure the highest quality stiffness ratio and excellent static and dynamic performance. Thermal performance, the cast iron worktable is equipped with a standard T-slot, which can easily locate and install various fixtures and workpieces.

☆ Equipped with the water circulation cooling system of the electric spindle, the automatic lubrication system of the feed drive and the cooling spray system of the tool to ensure the reliable operation and accuracy stability of the machine tool.
