Product Description

1. Transmission wheel: The special design structure makes the transmission wheel more durable (making the consumables as durable as possible).
2. The back panel is made of special material, which is durable and has good moisture-proof performance.
3.The three major frames adopt national standard thickened square steel pipes, making the equipment more stable and enhancing the stability of equipment operation.
4. The entire cleaning part is made of stainless steel, with 3 pairs of built-in brushes and 6 rubber rollers. The motor transmission is controlled by frequency conversion, which can clean the coating film and has better low-temperature performance - E insulating glass.
5. The upper part of the cleaning box is connected by nylon gear, which has stable performance and long service life.
6. Thickened aluminum air knife, low noise, fast heating, and good air-drying effect.
7. The gear-driven bellows runs more smoothly and cleans faster when processing small glass.
8. The lamp tubes are reasonably distributed and can be detected in two sections to better detect the cleanliness of the glass.
9. The aluminum gasket positioning adopts a unique design, which is accurate in positioning, reduces labor, automatically and accurately detects the height and thickness of the glass, and provides accurate data for inflating the board.
10. The outer glass is fast to be bonded, and can be made into double-layer glass and triple-layer glass (stepped glass is optional). When making large glass sizes, the operation is stable, and the unique weight balance system ensures human and machine safety.
