1.  Transmission wheel: The special design structure makes transmission wheel more durable (making the consumables as durable as possible)
2.  The back plate is made of special material, durable, good moisture resistance (made waterproof test)
3.  The large frame uses 50mm × 100mm square steel tube, the equipment is more stable, enhance the stability of equipment operation
4.  The whole cleaning section are made of stainless steel, built-in 3 pairs of brushes, 6 pieces of rubber roller design, a motor independently drives a brush, and all use frequency conversion, flexible and free to adjust the brush speed, cleaning coating film, better performance in LOW-E insulating glass.
5.  The upper part of the cleaning box is connected by a bevel gear, which has stable performance and long service life.
6.  All air knifes are made of 304 stainless steel, which change and adjust according to the size of the glass.
7.  The gear driven bellows runs more stable and faster cleaning speed during processing small glass.
