The whole washing machine adopts 304 stainless steel, and other Chinese manufacturers adopt 201 stainless steel. Because the water have alkaline , easy to corrode washing box, we can ensure the durability of the machine. Washing box uses 6 brushes, all with high temperature silk 1010 model, can wash Lowe glass, coated glass. Unique transmission structure, can be more convenient to transfer small glass and can automatically adjust the distance between the air knife. The fan is selected as an 18.5kw high-pressure fan, The wind can also achieve automatic start-stop function. The air duct is made of stainless steel, streamlined stainless steel duct, so that the wind speed and volume are not lost in the transmission process. The top of the washing box adopts the umbrella wheel transmission, which makes the transmission more stable; The motor is directly connected to the brush, making the brush run more smoothly, efficiently, and persistently.

The plate pressing machine adopts two-layer plate pressing structure, with local fine-tuning function, to prevent the deformation of the plate pressing after a long time of use, and the pressing is more flat. Plate pressing adopts servo motor control, Digital control of pressing thickness, pressing accuracy of 0.01MM. The double function of ball screw and linear guide rail makes the plate press run more stable and accurate.
