Product Description
- 1, Transmission wheel: The special design structure makes transmission wheel more durable (making the consumables as durable as possible)

5,The whole cleaning section are made of stainless steel, built-in 3 pairs of brushes, 6 pairs of rubber roller design, a motor independently drives a brush, and all use frequency conversion, flexible and free to adjust the brush speed, cleaning coating film, better performance in LOW-E insulating glass.
6, The upper part of the cleaning box is connected by a bevel gear, which has stable performance and long service life.
7, All air knifes are made of 304 stainless steel, which change and adjust according to the size of the glass.
8, The gear driven bellows runs more stable and faster cleaning speed during processing small glass.
9, The light tubes are distributed reasonably, segmented control, better detection of glass cleanliness
10,The aluminum spacer positioning adopts unique design, accurate positioning, reduced labor, automatically accurate detection of glass height and thickness to provide accurate data for in-panel inflation.
11,External glass lamination speed is fast and it can do three glass and two chambers , it runs stable and assures safety of man-machine with unique weight balancing system when make big
glass size.
12,All the plate press opening part adapts ball screw. The opening and closing part runs more stable and smooth with servo system and speed reducer with straight and rigid connection.
